After bushfires and a pandemic it’s time to thank Gippsland’s SES volunteers
It's WOW Day: Wear Orange Wednesday
In the past 12 months, Gippsland’s VICSES volunteers have responded to 2,628 Requests for Assistance, in areas between Phillip Island and Mallacoota, and up to Warragul and Erica.
WOW Day is a chance to say thanks to all the volunteers who come from our own communities. They have put on their orange uniforms and helped the public during a bushfire crisis, thousands of storm damage callouts, and a pandemic. This week also marks National Volunteer Week.
